Treasure

It's been a while since I last posted anything - sorry Lisa. I promise to work harder, especially at getting other people to sign up to this blog. I have at least three willing runners, just no willing bloggers...hmmm, do people not understand that it's a movement??

The truth is, that I've been a little distracted of late, spending most of my free time on a treasure hunt (I will not use the J word anymore : I'm a-searching fur treasure). The treasure is not forthcoming, but I've been granted a stay of execution at my current party place, so have no excuses for not running, then blogging about it. So kids, I'm back on course, particularly having read item 3 of the manifesto. Before Christmas, right, that's cool. That's like, 6 months away. I can run 13 miles in a month. Can't I?

so, running.

I started running again, but this time slower and with less vim and vigor. We'll see what the knees think of it. But, I am not going to be running any races anytime soon!
